Cancellation Policy

By booking a Pro-Visions Academy Partners in Education training class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason once the package is purchased. Rescheduling Policy: You are entitled to reschedule any class within the package up to two times at no additional cost. To reschedule a class, you must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class time. Notice Requirement: Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and received at least 72 hours before the class is set to begin. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the rescheduling opportunity for that class. Limited Rescheduling Opportunities: Each class can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Any further requests to reschedule will not be accommodated, and the class will be considered forfeited.
