Cancellation Policy

Private Coaching Session Cancellation Policy 1. Scheduling and Rescheduling Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the member portal or scheduling link provided. Members may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. 2. Cancellations and No-Shows Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. No-Show Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will also result in forfeiture of that session. 3. Monthly Session Use Members receive two (2) one-hour private coaching sessions per month as part of their active membership. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month and cannot be banked, transferred, or refunded. 4. Coach Cancellations In the rare event that Coach Michelle D. must cancel or reschedule a session, members will be provided with the earliest available reschedule date at no penalty to the member. 5. Agreement By scheduling a private coaching session, members acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation policy.
